How we work
In partnership with your family physician.
Scope Medical is a consulting clinic. Patients are referred by their family physician or nurse practitioner, assessed in the clinic, and a consultation report is sent back to the referring provider, who continues to coordinate ongoing care.
Specialist care
Consultations are provided by physicians certified in internal medicine.
Privacy
Personal health information is handled in accordance with Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act.
Clear communication
A consultation report is sent to the referring provider after each visit.
